Tamil Nadu Annual Exam 2020 : All the students in the state of Tamil from Classes 1 through 9 will be promoted to the higher class without requiring the students to sit for annual exams. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, K Palaniswami in a recently released statement said that the decision to promote students from Class 1 to 9 to higher class has been taken considering the welfare of the students. Due to the country-wide lockdown the students in the state of Tamil Nadu are unable to sit for their annual exams. The Chief Minister ordered the School Education Department of Tamil Nadu to allow for promotion of all students from Classes 1 to 9.
